Mail Service Experiencing DDOS Attack
We're working on resolving it.
This could take awhile. We're waiting on a customer to change DNS for his domain, so the attack will cease.
Tickets upon this issue
I tried to open two tickets about this, but they were not saved. Is the ticketing application working ok now?
This mail service problem gave me lots of headaches because I got my ass kicked by my customers... many times yesterday.
Update would be Appreciated
I too would like a formal update on this issue. My users are, to say it nicely, "very concerned" that we lost our entire company's email ability for a day without any update other than "it is being worked on". Now we are up in a limited fashion and I have no idea how long this will last because there has not been an update? I would also like to know why the offending account was not disabled until they were able to fix their internal DNS issues?
At this point in time IMAP and WebMail appears to be working for us but I am still unable to log into any account that is using a POP3 email account.
I guess it is working?
Since I posted this message everything now appears to be up has been stable since last evening.
Is there any update as to when this problem will be fixed? I have contacted the company numerous times to receive a response, but no one wants to reply to me.
