How do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Account?

You should file the order through our website for the new account that you want and mention in the setup instructions that your order is an upgrade (or downgrade). After you have placed the order and the payment has cleared, we will cancel your old account and make any appropriate refunds. Also, we perform account upgrades (migration of your data to the new account) at no additional cost, if required.
