1. I don't have a domain. What can I do?
   You have two options: (1) you can register a domain with your registrar of choice ; or (2) you can use the temporary domain we assigned to your account.

2. Why do I need a domain?
   Domains are cheap and you will want to have your own for convenience, in order maximize the impression you make on your visitors and in order to use High Speed Rails' email services.

3. I am going to register a new domain. What do I have to do in order to use it with my High Speed Rails Hosting account?
   All you need to do is use our nameservers with your domain, and then file a support ticket to let us know. Our nameservers are: a.highspeedrails.com, b.highspeedrails.com.

4. I currently have a domain hosted with another ISP. What do I have to do in order to use it with my High Speed Rails Hosting account?
   All you have to do is edit the record for your domain at your registrar and change the nameservers to ours. Then file a support ticket to let us know. Our nameservers are: a.highspeedrails.com, b.highspeedrails.com.

5. Do I have to transfer my domain to you in order to use it with my High Speed Rails Hosting account?
   No, you only have to change the nameservers on record for your domain at the registrar. Keep in mind that you still retain control and ownership of the domain, you are just allowing us to manage the DNS for your domain.

6. I have a domain that is parked at my registrar. Should I forward my domain to my High Speed Rails Hosting account?
   No, this is a bad idea. Instead, change the nameservers on record for your domain at the registrar to ours. Our nameservers are: a.highspeedrails.com, b.highspeedrails.com. Then file a support ticket to let us know.
